Hot summer day, yesterday in New York

I was going to a cocktail party hosted by ISAIA/Napoli (as in Naples), a third-generation made-to-measure men’s wear salon for the Young New Yorkers for the Philharmonic. The New York Philharmonic.

This was their annual “Step into Summer” evening. Again, a couple hundred guests and, coincidentally, another rooftop terrace with views of Fifth Avenue north of 57th. After the cocktail party, the group adjourned to the Racquet and Tennis Club for dinner, dancing and a concert performance. By then the rain stopped, and I was on my way home.

Michel Witmer, Alison Minton, and Chris Leasure.
